SHIPPING/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 
  • We offer free express shipping on all orders within continental United States. Each order is hand inspected and hand packed.

    Please allow up to three business days to process all orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

    Some exceptions may apply to Pre-orders, Back-orders, Limited edition products.

    We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced packages stating “Delivered” by the package carrier(s). We do not take responsibility for incorrectly delivered packages if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

    We do not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by the package carrier(s) for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient address provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duty fees and inability to forward package to updated addresses.

  • Since orders are limited we only offer return or an exchange in the event you are unsatisfied with your order.

    Returns and exchanges are only valid within the first 14 days of the date of purchasing your product.

    The item must be in original packaging, in perfect and sellable condition with no marks, blemishes or use.
